Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Eligible returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
