Return and Refund Policy
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays, without giving any reason.

Refunds: Once we confirm receipt of your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days to your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping costs.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Unsealed earrings or intimate jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong items, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
